How might we provide psychological support and advice to Armenia’s citizens in times of border tensions?
Aim
The aim of the project is to educate the public on how to stay mentally healthy and resilient, and how to support others in crisis situations. The strategy would be to hightlight ways to be helpful and show care and support for others who need it the most.
Goal
Design an informational brochure to inform audience on crisis intervention strategies.
Audience
Because the subject relates to the subject of safety and emotional regulation in times of crisis, this project’s audience are everyone living in Armenia. A big part

I decided to test the design outcome with users to understand where it could be improved. After getting the participants’ consent in participating and being recorded, I presented them the printed brochure and asked them questions about it.
At the end of this process of affinity mapping the answers I had gotten, I managed to distill the main elements of the design that are working, and those that need more work.
